Creative Elbow Work: Save Your Wrists! – April 3rd 1pm to 5pm

The repetitive motions massage therapists use with their  hands daily over and over is a requirement of the profession. However, it can put you at risk for possible injuries. Ensure your health by learning the proper ways to use your elbows and forearms to save your wrists and thumbs. Elbows and forearms can also provide that deep pressure that facilitates the release of tension in clients. Using your elbows and forearms can help lessen the possibility of injuries like tendonitis and carpal tunnel syndrome.

CREATIVE ELBOW WORK: SAVE YOUR WRISTS!  -  April 3rd 1pm to 5pm. Register by March 25
