Its origins lie in the Taoist tradition, which is a philosophy based on maintaining harmony with nature. The regular practice of Daoyin can serve to reduce the effects of aging, and as positive preparation to develop self-control, self-support, self-care, and self-reliance. It is never to late to begin the practice of Daoyin!
Saturday’s session will focus on shiatsu for joint pain throughout the body and immune disorders. The Sunday session will focus on sleep disorders. Each day will include lecture, demonstration, and facilitated practice for the shiatsu therapist. Join us for a valuable experience with a very gifted master and teacher of shiatsu therapy.
